"Charlie was a joy to work with. He explained all details of my policy's and worked with me to ensure no leaf was unturned when it came to savings! I saved almost a grand a year with his help, as well as went from P L & P D on my car, to full coverage and STILL saved money! "I've had multiple home owners and car insurance with this office way before Tony violate was in charge and they've treated me right since I got my first car about 29 years ago. Great customer service and always felt compensated if I made a claim! That has only happened a couple times luckily and I'm unfortunately working on one now, however they are treating me well!"

"Giving a big thanks to Tony Volante and more specifically Kaylee. Reached out to me, Gave me a quote during the phone call, bundled up some other things I needed which somehow saves me even more money. Made everything hassel free. Saving me around $70 a month, which in turn saves me $420 a every 6 months from what I'm currently paying with my coverage from Direct Auto. I'm excited to be back with State Farm. Life long Chiefs fan, I like to knowing Jake gots my back."

"Run from this agency. Their good people left a few months ago. They only want your money. They say they will help escalate claims but they will not do anything but sell you a policy. I have reached out to them several times via phone and text. They finally replied one week later. State Farm handles claims poorly, overall. Even Progressive handles their claims better, which is wild. Stay away from this agency and State Farm completely. You can see their other Google were all within the same month, so they were doing a little promo with their agents."
